IXO COLLABORATION PROGRAM

Thanks for your interest in collaborating with IXO.

We receive a lot of collaboration requests, so we no longer provide machines for free. Instead, collaborations start with a paid trial so both sides can see whether the partnership actually works.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase the machine

You purchase the agreed machine/product upfront.

This payment is not automatically refunded simply for creating content, reviews or promotions.

2. Your personal collaboration code

You’ll receive your own unique discount/referral code to share with your followers and customers.

For example:

ARTISTNAME10

Every order using your code can be tracked, allowing us to measure the actual sales generated through your promotion.

3. Create & promote

Use the machine in your normal work and create genuine content around it — reviews, videos, posts, stories, healed work, demonstrations or other relevant content.

We’re interested in real feedback and real results, not forced positive reviews.

4. We review the results

After the agreed collaboration period, we check the performance of your code and the sales generated through your promotion.

If the collaboration generates meaningful sales and works for both sides, we can discuss continuing the partnership, including better collaboration terms, commissions, future products or other opportunities.

MACHINE PAYMENT / RETURN

At the end of the trial collaboration, you have two options:

KEEP IT
Keep the machine. Your original payment remains the purchase price and is not refunded.

RETURN IT
Return the machine in the agreed condition. Once it has been received and inspected, the agreed refund will be issued.

Creating content or receiving views alone does not automatically qualify for a refund.

The purpose of this system is simple:

Real collaboration should create value for both sides.

We don’t judge collaborations only by follower count, likes or views. The unique collaboration code allows us to see whether the partnership actually brings customers and sales.
